While a whimsical answer would be incredible and we do wish we had creatures imported from Loompaland to suddenly burst into a melody and help create the newsletter equivalent of a shiny-foiled melting piece of chocolate, that—might we add sadly—isn’t the truth.

over two dozens of these newsletters later, we’ve simply gotten good at recognizing unrelated ideas when they show up and then creating something that’ll leave you with a huge smile pasted on your face.
But while there are people who love what we do, there are also those who don't agree with us.

True, if a) everybody loved us and b) if we devised a method to the madness (aka our product update newsletters), it'd be amazing. But, it'd also mean a) Paperflite would become a boring and safe brand and b) every other person can replicate it. And then, dear reader, we'd all be drowning in a sea of sameness.
